I believe every human is born with god-given natural rights. We are born with a blank slate, and it is the experiences that give us the knowledge. Unlike Hobbes, we should not use violence and harm anyone because we are under the influence of god. I know that the state of nature has a law of nature to control it which would be using reason. You use reason to know that no one should harm another in their life, health, liberty and possessions. These are some of our natural rights, since I believe we have several. I think we have natural rights to whatever part of nature we have, which is the natural right to property. You have the natural right to property as long as you don't spoil its accumulation or be greedy. Our natural rights need to be protected by the government. My belief in government is it needs to be lead by one leader. The people have to vote for the leader so everyone agrees, the is the rule by majority. No one should rule another unless they agree to it. We need to stay away from arbitrary power. I insist on a democratic type of government. This will be able to distinguish legitimate and illegitimate government unlike Hobbes. Government is very important because it provides a theory of justifiable revolution and is there to protect/ give natural rights.
" Haiti Earthquake"
This video is about people helping ,not for themselves, but out of the good of their hearts. The Haiti earthquake happened recently, and many people came together to help Haiti recover. It has been reported that hundreds of millions of dollars has been received for Haiti. Food, water and aid have all been generously donated by many different areas helping. We have come together to help Haiti. Of course this is just one example of the many peaceful things we have done as humans.
"Pay it Forward"
This is another video that explains why my theory is much more suitable than Hobbes. It's our nature to help others. Humans were not meant to use violence or harm other people around us. We are all humans and live together so there is no need for us to fight. We must use reason to create a peaceful place.
I'm positive that we all have encountered a random act of kindness. When you see an old woman crossing the street wouldn't you help her? Of course you would because its our human nature to do so. When people see other people who are in need of help, it is our instinct to do good.

The last example is the biggest of all. Just look at our government today, it is almost the same as Locke visioned it years ago. We still run in a democracy. We elect our leaders by majority. He is in power and has much responsibility. If the leader does not meet the standards to his people he can be removed of his position.
